Formula E worked with Meshh to implement Scorecard, a season-long, partnership measurement solution that provides a unified view of partner activation performance across global race weekends. Scorecard enabled Formula E to quantify engagement, compare races consistently, and deliver clear ROI reporting to partners.

The Challenge
Formula E needed a consistent way to measure the value of partner activations across diverse race environments. With varying layouts, crowds, and activation formats, it was difficult to determine which locations and experiences delivered meaningful engagement. At the same time, sponsors increasingly expected transparent ROI reporting in a landscape where most marketers struggle to calculate sponsorship impact. Formula E required a scalable, season-ready solution that could standardize measurement and justify pricing.

Implementation
Meshh deployed sensors across key activation zones at select Formula E E-Prix, capturing impressions, dwell time, and repeat visitation. Each activation was tagged by sponsor, location, and experience type, allowing Scorecard to aggregate data across weekends. Formula E accessed results through the Scorecard Dashboard and integrated data into internal tools via the Scorecard API, ensuring consistent, comparable reporting throughout the season.
