Implementation
Delta launched a pop up experience at Iron23 in NYC’s Flatiron District to showcase the benefits of Delta Sync Wi-Fi. The activation featured personalized digital displays, partner giveaways, holiday snacks and drinks, interactive games, and contests. Attendees were required to use a Delta SkyMiles account to participate, reinforcing loyalty engagement.
Delta wanted to understand how effectively the activation converted passerby traffic into engaged visitors, how long people stayed, and when traffic peaked to guide staffing, programming, and future campaign design.
