Polygon Live LDN leverages Meshh’s behavioral insights to understand visitor flow & engagement around their one of a kind audio immersive experience with the beautiful surroundings of Crystal Palace park, whilst also providing success metrics to the partners & brands activating within the festival.

The Challenge
To understand how visitors engage with programming inside of the main dual dome area, allowing Meshh to analyze performance over time & create a profile showcasing the average visitor journey throughout the immersive audio experience.
VIP areas are also measured, enabling Polygon to capture key engagement metrics around unique assets within this exclusive zone, and how VIP visitors interacted with the stages, partner activations & other event experiences.
Meshh measured key partner activations across the festival enabling data collection on how visitors engaged with these brands. The insights will be leveraged to highlight the brand value and ROI of activating at the event for current & future partners.

Implementation
Meshh sensors were deployed at 8x touchpoints throughout the site, including the dual dome stage, indoor and outdoor VIP areas, merchandise, plus food & beverage areas which also included a partner activation.
